Who We Are
Hook’d Broadband Canada Inc. (Hook’d) is a broadband solutions provider headquartered in Alberta, with a focus on delivering fast, reliable, and secure connectivity to the end user in rural and remote locations across Canada.
Utilizing patented, proprietary technology, Hook’d delivers "Last Mile" cutting edge broadband connectivity solutions. Our "Last Mile" solutions are frequency, spectrum and backhaul agnostic, scalable, cost-effective, future-proof while focusing on optimizing the end-user's experience.
Our technology enables to do things others cannot. The Cumulo A5 can use the following source signals in combination or stand alone, they include Microwave, LTE+, Satellite, Ethernet, and Fiber. This enables us to aggregate multiple backhauls for larger uploads and download streams to provide reliable, cost conscious connectivity in rural and remote locations.
Our mission is to align ourselves with strategic partners who have strong community values to cost effectively deploy robust, broadband solutions to enhance connectivity in remote and rural communities with a focus on First Nations.
Innovation motivates action: Through innovation, Hook’d generates “Future Proof” solutions for our customers. We innovate together. Collaborating with our Partners and Clients helps us develop solutions that best serve our client’s needs.
Integrity is the foundation for everything we do. It’s the constant choice to infuse every action with honesty, fairness, and respect for clients, partners, and colleagues alike.
“We do the right thing — even when no one is watching”
High standards are about not settling. We listen to our customers’ needs and create solutions that solve real problems for real people. We deliver beyond expectations, treating our Clients and Partners the way we want to be treated.
Everyone wins with Diversity. We value each of our unique experiences and how they shape us. We learn from all to build for all.
